Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Accessories
Our cushions, lampshades and other accessories are made-to-order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Fabric
All fabric is cut to order. Once fabric has been cut and despatched from our warehouse, it cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty. Please inspect your fabric carefully before cutting into it, as we are unable to accept returns once the fabric has been cut or used.
